Will the Cards work with my POS system?
Yes. We can print variable barcodes, QR codes or encode magnetic stripes to match your system. Send us your required format or a sample of an existing card and we will confirm it before production.
What is the minimum order?
Custom Plastic Gift Card orders start from 250 Cards. Larger quantities reduce the per-card price, and we quote up to 20,000 or more.
Can you help with the artwork?
Yes. Supply your logo, colours and any wording, and our team can prepare a digital proof for approval before anything is printed.
What is included in the advertised price?
The standard pricing includes full-colour printing to both sides, a digital artwork proof, GST and delivery Australia-wide. Optional finishes, carriers and data services are itemised clearly.

How thick are the Gift Cards?
Our Gift Cards are made from 0.76mm card-grade PVC with full-colour printing to both sides.

When should we order Christmas Gift Cards?

Can the Gift Cards come in a Christmas holder or envelope?
Yes. Printed holders, Envelopes and clear sleeves can be made to match your Cards, including a set of seasonal designs.
Do you supply Gift Card Holders?
Yes. Custom card carriers are available to present your Gift Cards and are quoted to suit your project. See our Gift Card Holders and Envelopes.
Which barcode do we need? Can you match our current Cards?
We normally use Code 128, which can be anywhere from 4 to 16 digits. We can also do Code 39, EAN-13 and EAN-8. If you already use a format, send us a photo of a current card and we'll match it. Letter prefixes (for example "GV") work with Code 128 and Code 39, but not with EAN barcodes.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We email you a digital mockup with your invoice, and nothing is printed until you approve it by email.
Can we test the barcode before you print?
Yes. We'll email a print-ready PDF that you can print and test scan on your own system before the order goes into production.
Do you keep our design for next time?
Yes. Your artwork stays on file, so reordering is as simple as emailing us the quantity.
Can we write the value, expiry or recipient on the card?
Yes. We can add signature panels where you can write details such as To, From, Value and Expiry. Scratch panels are also available to cover PIN codes.
When we reorder, can the numbers carry on from our last order?
Yes. We keep a record of your previous numbering and continue from where it finished, so no numbers clash. If you want a new range, just give us the starting number.
Our POS provider gave us a list of voucher codes. Can you print those?
Yes. Send the codes in an Excel or text file and we'll print a unique barcode or QR code on each card, with the number printed underneath if you like.
Can we have a premium look, such as matte black or gold foil?
Yes. Popular options are matt varnish (we always recommend it on black Cards), spot gloss UV on the logo, and foil stamping in gold and other metallic colours.
Can the barcode go anywhere on the card?
Yes. The barcode or QR code can go anywhere on the front or back. Show us roughly where you'd like it and we'll set it up on the mockup.
Do you offer magnetic stripes?
Yes. We can encode your information onto the stripe for you, or leave it blank so you can encode it yourself. We offer both hi-co (high coercivity) and lo-co (low coercivity) stripes.
