Ordering, Payment and Delivery Questions
How do I place an order?
Email us your quantity, any options you need (barcodes, numbering, finishes and so on), your artwork or logo, and your delivery details. We'll email back a mockup and invoice. Once you approve the mockup and pay, your order goes into production.
How will my order be sent, and can I track it?
We send orders by courier and email you the tracking details as soon as your order ships.
How can I pay?
By direct deposit (bank transfer) or by credit card online at pr.com.au/payment.php. A small surcharge applies to credit card payments.
Can I reorder exactly the same as last time?
Yes. We keep your artwork, specs and numbering on file. Email us the quantity and we'll send a mockup and invoice to approve.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We post free sample packs of our products. Just send us your street address.
Do I pay before production?
Yes. Full payment confirms your order and is needed before it goes into production. If you need a purchase order number on the invoice, just send it through and we'll add it.
Do your prices include GST and delivery?
Yes. All prices include GST and free delivery anywhere in Australia, and we issue a tax invoice.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
No. The courier needs a street address. Please include a contact phone number, and check the delivery address on your invoice carefully.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Let us know straight away, with photos if you can. My production manager will look into it, and if it's our mistake we'll reprint and deliver at no cost to you.
Can you deliver to more than one address?
Yes. A small extra delivery charge applies for each additional address.
Do you close over Christmas?
Yes. We close for a short break over Christmas and New Year. It's our busiest season, so please get Christmas and January orders in early.
